Ingemar Methorst, HR Director
Let me introduce myself! My name is Ingemar and I have been working at Micronit as an HR Director since the autumn of 2019.
Prior to this job I was Senior HR Manager at Xsens, a global leader in MEMS based 3D motion tracking technology and products, and before that I worked as an International Mobility Manager at the Thales Group. During these years, I focused on Change Management, Management Development, Professional Development and building (international) HR organizations. I obtained a master’s degree in Educational Science and Technology at the University of Twente.
I am part of the Management Team of Micronit. My overall responsibilities are in the full domain of the HR field, like strategic personnel planning, performance management, organizational and professional development of our staff. This, so all Micronit employees are fully equipped to do their job.
Thanks to my experience as an HR Manager within an international high tech environment, I feel very much at home at Micronit. It is a dynamic company, which causes the tasks of our HR department to be challenging, but very rewarding as well.
